PRIVACY STATEMENT PURSUANT TO LEGISLATIVE DECREE 196/03 AND REGULATION (EU) 679/2016

Pursuant to art. 13 of Legislative Decree 196/03 and following the entry into force of Regulation (EU) 679/2016, in accordance with the provisions set out in art. 13 of the aforementioned European Regulation, we wish to inform you:

Via a contact form, the site collects data such as name, surname, e-mail, telephone number, to manage requests for information from data subjects.

The data processed are updated, relevant, complete and not excessive in relation to the aforementioned purposes for which they are collected and subsequently processed.

Methods of processing

The data will be processed, in compliance with the necessary security and confidentiality criteria, according to the following modalities: the data are obtained from the data subjects, are collected and stored for specified, explicit and legitimate purposes, are used in further processing operations in ways compatible with such purposes, are processed by means of electronic and automated tools (data collection by means of electronic tools, directly from the data subjects).

Legal basis of the processing

The legal basis for the processing of your personal data is the data subject’s registration with portal https://storie-dimore.it.

Legitimate interests pursued by the Data Controller:
The legitimate interests pursued by the Data Controller are to comply with and meet the contractual obligations of the parties. According to art. 6, the lawfulness of the processing is based on the explicit consent expressed in writing by the data subject.
Required or optional nature of the personal data to be submitted and consequences of a refusal to enter the data: the data are required to enable the data controller to provide the services requested. In case of refusal, it will be impossible to complete the registration process and the Data Controller will not be able to meet the contractual obligations.

Communicating the data to third parties

Your personal data will be processed by the Data Controller, the Data Processors appointed by the Controller, and duly authorized data processors. Your personal data shall not be disseminated.

Data retention times

Your personal data will be retained for 10 years after the end of the service/supply relationship, in the IT archives held by Papi Chiara.

Intention of the Data Controller

The Data Controller will not transfer your personal data to a third country or to an international organization.

Data subjects may exercise the rights reserved for them, as per art. 7, at all times; a complete list of the rights of the data subjects pursuant to art. 7 of Legislative Decree 196/2003 and art. 15 of Regulation (EU) 679/2016 is given below.

Right to access personal data and other rights

The data subject has the right to obtain confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning him/her are being processed, irrespective of whether the data have been registered or not, and the communication in an intelligible form of the data undergoing processing.

The data subject has the right to know the sources of his/her personal data; the purposes and the methods of the processing: the logic applied if the processing is performed by means of electronic devices; the identification details of the data controller, the data processor and the designated representative pursuant to art. 5(2); the subjects or categories of subjects to whom the personal data may be communicated or who can get to know the data in their position as designated representative in the national territory, as data processors or as sub-processors.

The data subject has the right a) to have his/her data updated, rectified, or, if desired, supplemented; b) to have his/her data deleted, transformed to anonymous form or blocked if processed unlawfully, including data that do not need to be retained for the purposes for which they were collected originally or subsequently processed; c) attestation that the operations referred to in letter a) and b) above have been brought to the attention, also as regards their content, of those to whom the data have been communicated or disseminated, except when this requirement proves impossible to comply with or calls for the use of means manifestly disproportionate to the right protected.

The data subject has the right to object in whole or in part, for legitimate reasons, to the processing of personal data concerning him/her, even if pertinent to the purposes of the collection; to the processing of personal data concerning him/her for the purposes of distributing advertising or direct sales material or for purposes of market research or commercial communications. In particular, the data subject has the right to ask the Data Controller at any time to provide access to his/her personal data, to request the rectification of his/her personal data, or the restriction of processing concerning his/her data, as well as the right to data portability.

The data subject has the right to withdraw his/her consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing based on consent before its withdrawal, has the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
