Conte Verde is a flat in the pedestrian area in the historic centre of Turin. There are parking spaces for a fee in the area.

For the Casa del Vicolo flat in Chieri it is possible to park in a private garage, upon request.

For the Palazzo d’Assi suite in Monforte d’Alba it is possible to stop in front of the facility for loading and unloading. It is also advisable to park along the wall adjacent to the building without blocking the restricted parking spaces, or to use the free parking areas, 150 meters away in via Del Carretto.

For the Conte Verde apartment, there is no fixed check-in schedule, thanks to the self check-in device.

For other facilities, the latest check-in time is 9 pm. After 9 pm, we ask for a supplement of € 30.

At Palazzo d’Assi and Casa del Vicolo we offer free luggage storage.

We make sure that everything is in working order in our flats, but if any unforeseen events arise, you can always call us on the mobile numbers indicated.

We will see to the problem as promptly as possible.

No, there is no cleaning during the stay.

Our flats are cleaned with sanitizing products in accordance with the law. In particular situations we can arrange to carry out ozone sanitation.

Upon your departure, we invite you to leave the flat in the best possible condition.
Remember to close the windows, turn off the radiators/air conditioners, collect the towels in one place and dispose of garbage, sorted according to the instructions.
Leave the keys on the table and close the door behind you.

Respect rest hours from 10 pm to 8 am.

Smoking is strictly forbidden in the flats and the “No party” rule applies.

Booking multiple rooms is only possible for Palazzo d’Assi, in Monforte d’Alba, which has 4 units. Write or call us to check availability and make your reservation.
